Radian's automated de-bander is designed for the safe removal of bands on coils, plates, profiles, tube stacks, and other products. The robot locates and removes all bands, moving them to an accompanying winder that compresses the band for safe disposal. No operator intervention is required.
De-banding systems fit perfectly at the entrance of pickling lines, cold strip mills, galvanizing lines, tandem mills, and other locations.
